Outlook Express and Identity Login

I just did a Windows Update for some critical updates and the way I log into
Outlook has changed. I use one Windows login for the entire family. I have
Outlook configured with four different identity. Before the upgrade,
everytime Outlook was started the Identity login screen would come up with
the four family screen names listed. The family would select there name,
input there password and get there e-mail. If I closed Outlook, and
restarted Outlook I would get the Identity login screen. Now, after the
update, outlook starts with my (default) login, skips the Identity login
screen and goes right to my in box. Only if I "Switch Identity" do I get the
Identity logon screen. Is there a way to configure Outlook to the way it use
to be?

Thanks
