Outlook Express Address Book

Prior to my hard drive being wiped clean, I backed up my
hard drive on DVD, including Outlook Express. I cannot
figure out how to get my address book from the DVD to
Outlook Express on my computer. In the future, I will
save it as a CVS file and import, but did not do that this
time. HELP!
