Outlook Express address book recovery

Help please? I can't figure out how to recover my address book from Outlook
Express, does anyone here know how?

Find your old OE address book "somename.wab". From the Windows Mail file
menu, Import browse to the .wab file and import it.

Good luck it - worked for me.

if it is on the same computer, just do an IMPORT from CONTACTS.
if it is not on the same computer, you can EXPORT the WAB file using OE File Export as a CSV file or using Address Boos File Export as a WAB file.
then write the file to a floppy or memory stick, move it to the Vista system and using Contacts, then IMPORT.
