OutLook Express 97 fail to retrieve email

I have done everything imaginable, everything is set correctly, and I have
removed and re-installed accounts. Running XP. Another user on my computer
gets hers from the same server just fine using the same OE 97!!

There is no such product as "Outlook Express 97". There is "Outlook
Express" and "Outlook 97". Which do you mean? Start the app and click
Help>About to see which.
