Outlook Express 6.x / Error Code 0x800CCC0F

Hello Guys!

Since a few days I receive by trying to send E-Mails over Outlook Express
6.x (POP3 / SMTP) the ERROR CODE 0x800CCCF what means, that the port is
closed and line dropped.

Receiving E-Mails is working without any problems.

Has anyone out there a solution for this problems?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
