outlook express 6 help

I have windows xp with outlook express 6. I was wondering how can i change
like how many emails i want to recieve each time i check my mail? i looked
at the options and cant find how to change that.
 
I'm unaware of that feature in O.E. as far as email. For News Messages you can adjust the
number of Headers to Download.
