page?

WTF not? I assume that you are paying for it.
it is just my laptop with comcast cable modem.

Or did you steal the modem from Comcast?

It is untrue that Gmail cannot be used with Outlook Express. I am using 3 Gmail accounts
with O.E.. Click the SETTINGS link at the top right of any Gmail account web page, then
when the next page opens click the FORWARDING and POP link. Then look at the second
subheading on that page: POP DOWNLOAD, enable POP, then click the link for Configuring You
Email Client. Then you will be taken to a page where you will be able to get instructions
for configuring Outlook Express for Gmail. You will still be able to access your mail and
threads by using your web browser. Gmail in Outlook Express is just like any other pop3
email service, so the extras at the web site are missing (conversation groups etc.)

You asked this before and got answers. It is quite possible that you
don't use Comcast's email servers; I don't use them myself because my
domain host provides an email server. But you need the server settings
from where ever you are getting email and since you haven't told us
what that is, we can't help you. Contact the people who are providing
you email service for their server settings.
