Outlook Express 6.0 needs to close

My Outlook Express 6>0 keeps getting an error message as follows:

OE has encountered a problem and needs to close
AppName: msimn.exe
AppVer: 6.02900.2180
ModName: mshtml.dll
ModVer: 00233fa3

This happens every time I try to same a message to my drafts folder. I
tired deleting the main identity and recreating it, but that didn’t work.

Any ideas?
