Outlook.exe error

I am receiving an error stating "outlook.exe has
generated errors and will be closed by windows"

I have removed and created new profiles as well as
deleted the profiles directory in the registry and i am
still getting the same error. will i just need to reload
Outlook?

Do you have antivirus loaded and scanning for viruses in your email?

Try starting Outlook.exe /safe and see if it will open.
Then just go to tool - option - advanced option and
uncheck the plugins
