Outlook.exe - Application Error

I have Outlook 2002 SP3.

Many times when I exit Outlook I get this error....
The instructions at "0x0aea1ba9" referenced memory at 0x0b511024". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

Also, when will Microsoft fix the "A program is trying to access e-mail
addresses you have stored in Outlook" problem.

This sounds like if the Outlook installation is defective, but it
could also be a problem with the data files.
Reinstall Outlook and see if this helps. Further help is available
from news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlook.general.

Also, a check with the Mailbox repair tool wouldn't hurt. It's
a standard component of Office, but doesn't get a icon in the
Office Program group. Locate a file name ScanPST.Exe, and
run. It will prompt you for the location of the Outlook PST to
check.
On your primary issue, (IF you have the original install media)
Open Outlook, Click Help and then the option"Detect & Repair".
Also, visit Office Update and make sure your Office install has
all the latest patches & Updates:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx
Click the "Check for Updates" located on the Right Top section
of the web page.

Thanks, Kelly. There is nothing there. All is not configured. I may try
upgrading to Look 2003.
