Outlook, Exchange, and Terminal Server

I have a client that needs to log onto their Exchange
server account in Outlook both at the home office on their
local LAN, and from a remote office via Terminal
Services. When they log in on the local network all
messages in their inbox show up in Outlook (XP sp3). When
they log into the Terminal Server, very few messages show
up in the inbox.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?? I
checked the view while on the Terminal Server and it is
set for "Messages" and not some custom view.

Thanks for any light you might be able to shine.

Is there any rhyme or reason for the ones they see or don't see?

Is the user using a PST in his/her mail profile in Outlook on the LAN
computer?
