Outlook Espress attachments not opening

Only with one of my friends emails non of the attachments
open. I've re-registered the eml extension but nothing
happened. Any suggestions???

In Outlook Express 6, under Tools --> Options --> Security, you find a
setting of "Do not allow attachments....". There should not be a check
mark. If that does not help, then your friend's anti-virus/firewall could
be stripping out the attachments.
