Outlook Error

I get a prompt periodically saying:

Run-time error '429':

ActiveX component can't create object

What is this?

This is usually a data access .dll problem.

Are you trying to open a link to a database from outlook?

Apologies, I did not mention the prompt had the word 'Outlook' on it. I was
doin nothing when it just appeared. Everytime I clicked 'ok' it would just
come up again shortly. Only had this problem today when I firstly booted up,
seems ok yesterday. Please help.

Anyway did you go to the link and see the register dll info? did you try
that?

if you type runtime 429 activex in google, it will give you a few different
things to try

The thing is I do not have Microsoft Access installed on my system. Sorry I
am a beginner in personal computing
