outlook error

When I open Outlook I get the error "the file contains macros with an expired
or revoked signature. Running under high security level macros are disabled.
When I go to close Outlook I get "the macros in the project are disabled.
Please refer to the online help..."

I changed the setting within outlook to the low securtiy level and that has
not correced the problem. Do you have any other suggestions?

do you use word as email editor?
