Outlook error "The operation failed. An object could not be found"

I lost a hard drive and was required to reinstall *everything*

After re-installing WINXP-Professional and Office XP. I successfully configured Outlook XP to send and recieve a Test Message

At the "Inbox" for Outlook when I click Send/Recieve, Outlook returns the error message, "The operation failed. An object could not be found."

I have downloaded all of the current updates in an attempt to resolve the problem, without luck

Note: I have only one user profile on this computer the "administrator"

Any ideas what it is looking for

Thanks in advance
