Outlook error message

Can anyone help?

We are getting the following undeliverable message when
trying to send e-mails:

550 Recipient Not Authorised (recipient rejected due to
no authorised destination groups)

This is not happening on all addresses - approx 75% are
returning this message. We have checked with our service
provider and they are happy that everything is working at
their end.

Hmmm, is it possible that your provider's SMTP server is blacklisted by some
of the engines on the Internet?
