outlook error (Asim)

I've exchange 2003 on windows 2003 server and our users using outllook
2003.
My user unable to send email to 1 email address and getting message

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.


Subject: document


Sent: 16/05/2007 08:36


The following recipient(s) could not be reached:


'Admin' on 16/05/2007 08:36


530 authentication required"
He is using vodafone link. He can send email to this address using
vodafone email address but exhcnage dont let him sending.


Can any one help me as soon as possible please....

What happens if he uses OWA on the Exchange Server? Is he able to send
then?
