Using Outlook 2007... I need to copy single and large blocks of emails (some
with several attachments) and copy them into a Word document to be accessed
later, and delete original email from Outlook after copying. Does anyone
know a way to do this that is not labor intensive and keeps the email message
with attachments intact? Your help would be most appreciated

Did you know you can drag and drop emails from Outlook into a Windows
folder? When you open them they look as though you just opened the email in
Outlook!

I minimized "outlook" and "my computer" so I could see them on same screen
and did what you said. IT WORKED! Thanks so much, but is there an easier
way, because I need to explain this to co-workers who may not feel confident
minimizing windows and working between the two.
