Outlook Email Set-up

Hello, I hope someone can help me. I have a laptop that I move back and
forth from home to work. When I have my laptop on my wireless system to
access the internet and my cable provider (Road Runner), and when I am a work
I access the internet through the company’s wireless system.

My primary email is my Road Runner account which I have set up in my email
count, and I cannot send or receive my mail while I am on the work wireless
network ( I work in a real estate office). I have a yahoo email account but
I want to send and receive email through my outlook.

My quest is:

1. My preference would be - Is it possible to access my Road Runner account
to send email from the office even though the office is not on Road Runner.
I can receive mail without any problems? I just cannt send mail.
2. If I cannot use Road Runner from the office, what do I need to do in
Outlook to set up my yahoo account?
