outlook email links to web sites go to home page

from any e-mail in OUTLOOK
when I click to link to a web site the link never works it just goes to my
home page NOT the link why is this please help me best regards

I have hard time figuring out how a external link from antoher site
links back to your home page. Are you using the insert hyper link or
just typing the link. I do this in outlook i want to post a website
link i use the insert hyperlkink and use the browse to site, recent
sites visted etc. Also ill just copy the link from a window inside
Explorer and paste in the email. I like using the insert hyperlink
function because you can name the link anything you want. Also you
didnt say wether your using word for creating new messages.

Try running a Detect and Repair from Outlook's Help menu. You will need to
have your Office installation CD handy.
