Outlook Email Format/Mailbox Troubleshoot (Urgent!!!)

Desperate for answers...........anyone who knows, please help!!!

I have the following problems that require solutions:-



Question 1.

When contents get cut and pasted from one mail to another the formatting, especially line spacing is lost. Can this be prevented?

Question 2.

An email is created with a certain font size, After the mail is sent, the user checks the “Sent Items” box and notices that the font size has been changed to a larger size. (Non-professional appearance).

Question 3.

How to migrate an oversized mailbox to local server. Currently the only way to move the mailbox to a different server is to ask the user to delete mails. Is there any other way? Currently there is no work around. Some HK users have their mailbox residing on servers in other countries.

Question 4.

Folders created in “Favorites Folders” disappears after restarting Outlook.

Question 5.

Is there a way to import Palm contact. Current workaround is mapping the fields using excel and importing it into Outlook.

Question 6.

All applications and OS in the machines are installed with English version but some characters in the Outlook gets changed to Chinese. How would that happen and how to resolve it?
