Outlook email address message

Everytime I reply to an email message, I get the message
that
A program is trying to access email addresses you have
stored in Outlook. If this is unexpected, it may be a
virus and you should choose "No"

I've successfully run Norton and other scans, and have
come up clean.

This has started after we updated Microsoft Office this
morning.

This is often due to using Word as the Email editor, with Word having the
Adobe Acrobat plug-in.
