Outlook E-mail

Office 2003, I have created a distribution list which works well. My question
is when i send a newsletter out with this distribution list it shows all the
members and there e-mail address. Is there a way to still use this list but
NOT have it show all the addresses?

Create a new recipient in your address book called 'Undisclosed Recipients" and
give it your e-mail address.

Compose the message, addressing it to Undisclosed Recipients (which is yourself)
then put all of the recipients names (or the DL) in the Bcc field.
