Outlook e-mail default

Outlook every e-mail defaults to ! (red) High Importance. Remove this default.

Sorry, but that's NOT the default.
 
Brian that is my very problem. I do not want it to defalt to High
Importance. How do I reset this feature? So High Importance does not appear

Assuming that you're using Outlook 2003, Tools menu > Options > Preferences
tab > Email Options > Advanced Email Options. Set Importance to Normal.
