outlook e-mail attatchments

Hi. I am experiencing a problem with not being able to open attatchments
sent to my OutLook e-mail. The paper clip appears and the attachment is
there but it is 'shaded' and will not open when clicked on... Any ideas on
how to resolve this? Thanks.

Try this if you use Outlook Express:

With OE open, go to Tools>Options>Security and uncheck 'Do not allow
attachments to be saved...'. If you do uncheck this option, please make
sure that you virus check all attachments before opening them.
