Outlook does not start since McAfee security centre subscription r

Hi there,

I am using Office 2000 (Outlook 2000) on an XP Pro machine. Since renewing
my McAfee security centre subscription I am unable to launch Outlook. In the
event viewer/Application I have the Hanging application outlook.exe error
message with faulting ....event ID: 1000 and 1002.

Is there a fix for this problem? Has anyone had the same problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Um, uninstall McAfee?
