Outlook Does not receive all emails

Hello all,

I am having the following situation:

My customer has 18 computers configured to download e-mail
via Outlook (mixed versions) from a POP 3 Server.

All clients download the same email (they all download one
pop3 account). The problem is that while some users can
receive all messages, other users can only receive a few.
I have tried the following:

- Reinstalled MS Office including Outlook
- Recreated the Outlook Profile
- Compacted outlook PST
- Created new outlook PST

What kills me is that the user with the problem may
receive the emails one day and not the other.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have multiple machines all downlaoding from the same e-mail account,
please make sure that they are all set to "Leave a copy of messages on
server." It sounds to me like the clients are all receiving mail, but one
client is removing the mail from the server, which Outlook by default will
do. THe setting I mention is on the properties of the e-mail account.
