Outlook display count of follow-up emails next to folder

In addition to the display of the number of unread messages in each folder, a
count of messages flagged for Follow-up should also be displayed. This number
should be a color different from the count of unread messages.

This would provide a quick glance of how many items are in a folder that I
need to follow up on. For example, I organize emails about the car club I am
involved with into their own folder. Some of them I have to follow-up on, but
the only way I know of to see if I have to follow-up on any of them is to go
through ALL of my follow-up emails.

I could organize the follow-up search folder by category, but I don't assign
categories to all my emails.
