Outlook Disaster!

Hi there,

I am unable to start Outlook properly. It comes up perfectly fine but when I
try to send and receive, nothing happens. When I click on my email accounts
an error message comes up stating 'the operation filed due to a registry or
installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the problem persists,
please reinstall.'

If I try to send a new message I get the error 'the messaging interface has
returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook'.

I am terrified to reinstalling in case I lose my emails - any advice? What
can I do?! Help!!!

You could also try to repair your Outlook interface.

Close Outlook, Start/Execute: fixmapi.exe

Reboot the computer.

Another idea, is to delete and recreate the email account.
