I have several users having a dialog box pop up when they
start to send a new e-mail It says "A program is trying
to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may
be a virus and you should choose "No" These people have
the lates virus definitions. Any suggestions anyone?

They should locate the application they have running (often an Adobe add-on
to Word) that does not conform to the Microsoft security model and stop it.
Typically, if you switch from using Words as the Email editor and just use
Outlook, you'll eliminate the problem.
