Can anyone help me please, Outlook is deleting everything in my inbox. I
can access new messages but once read they dissapear. I suppose saving them
to a different folder would keep them but I would like to sort this out,
thanks.

Outlook or Outlook Express?

Why do you ask? So you can refer the OP to the appropriate group?

Next time take a WAG and do it on the first reply.

<LOL> You are a tough cookie.

That might be true, but I was spot on.

There's en ought "noise" in this group already without MVPs adding
more to it.

No, so OP gets appropriate help, Grumpy. Chillax, OK?

If that was meant to be an "in-my-face reply", then bite me.

Your reply that I was referring to was unnecessary, and might even
have been "baiting" the OP.

Just get what you have to say off your chest on the FIRST reply and
move on.

You apparently abhor technical issues, preferring instead to offer comic
relief (at least for those of us who see you for the fool you are.)

It makes a difference which program is being used, Outlook or OE, since the
resolution for this problem differs in each one. Rock has offered the
probable solution if it's OE, but I'm certain that it's different if we're
talking about Outlook (I don't do Outlook -- hate the thing.)

Or, perhaps, you don't know that there's difference?

**** off.

My original reply was to the "MVP" who asked the OP which program... a
question that was definitely meant to bait the OP.
