outlook default change location

How can I change the Default save location for attachments?
Is it possible to change also different way than in
registry - Personal User Shell folder.

I'm using Outlook XP

The registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders\Personal is the only place to change it and have it stay. You can
save an attachment to a folder and Outlook will continue to open to that
folder until it is restarted.
