OUTLOOK DATE DIFFERENCE

How do I calculate date difference in Outlook? eg 30 days from a specific date
 
You can use the recurrence feature for that. Set the recurrence pattern to
30 days and the range of occurences to 2; this will update the End by date
and tell you the date.
