Outlook Crashes on Launch

Ever since I reinstalled Office 2003 from a trial version to the full
version, the program crashes when I start it up. I tried uninstalling it
completely and reinstalling it. I've even tried uninstalling it completely,
then installing Office 2000, and the same thing happened. All other Office
apps work fine, but Outlook won't even finish opening. I've taken the
following recommended steps:
1. Clean computer of viruses.
2. Scan and remove all spyware.
3. Run Outlook in safe mode.
4. Start Windows in clean boot mode.
5. Run detect and repair.
Nothing seems to work. It still crashes and tries to restart as soon as I
launch the program. Any suggestions?

Problem is still the same!! any help from Microsoft?.
