Outlook crashed, can't open

I was following a tech rep's instructions for getting my
email to send and receive in a newly installed ISP (ATT
worldnet), and he finally said to set up Outlook Express
to see if that worked. It did, but I can no longer open
my Outlook. The link is dead. All my business records
are in there, so I can't uninstall it.

Anyone ever had this happen and know how to get it back?
 
Right click on internet explorer and go down to
properties. Left click. Go to the programs tab, and
change your email to outlook. Try outlook again.
