Outlook converting mail to text only

After my computer does automatic updates, outlook automatically converts all
mail to text only. I also can not click on links in the emails an go to the
website. I have to do a system restore 3 - 4 times a day. Please help.
 
both in preview pane as well as if i open it to read it.
