In the Outlook (2003) Folder List under Contacts, if you open a
particular card, in a particular card's window, on the General tab, you
have drop-down options of saving with different arrangements of the
Name. The different arrangements will place the card in a different
alphabetical position when you view the whole folder.
But sometimes a card deserves to be in more than one alphabetical
position, perhaps both under the first name *and* the last name.
And sometimes a card deserves to be in more than one Contact folder.
You could save copies of the card with different names, but then each
card would be independent, and editing one would not edit the other.
So is there a way to make a shortcut for a card and place it in a
folder?
In other words, can Outlook display the same card in two folders (or in
two alphabetical positions in the same folder), once by the real card,
and once by the shortcut to the real card?
