Outlook Contact's Birthdays all off 1 day

Random question, but I was unsure who to contact.

I have the HTC Touch, a windows based smartphone, and use Microsoft Outlook
as my email client and to update my contacts.

But after the first of the year I noticed that ALL of my contacts birthdays
are now off by 1 day (that is they are 1 day behind, as if the program was
set to move them 365 days ahead every year but with a leap year they needed
to move 366 days)? Is there anyway to fix this without having to go in a
manually switch each one? And if this is the case and it has to do with the
programming will I have problems next year?

Once again I am assuming that this has something to do with the leap year,
as it also affected the Microsoft Zune and who knows what else. Please let
me know who to contact (what my options are).

- Thanks,

BTW - are they off a full day or just an hour (or multiple hours)? If they
are off an hour, its your DST setting or time zone or the time zone update
for the WM devices.
