Outlook Contact form - Address field button -

When she will click on the “Address field button†a Check Address Windowâ€
appears. Automatically the Country/Region: is set “United Kingdomâ€. How can I
set this that it will be automatically “France�

Perhaps my question isn't clear enough. When the user clicks, in the Contact
form, on the address field botton, then Automatically the Country/Region
appears with the country “United Kingdomâ€. How can I change this so that
automatically the country “France†appears?
