outlook contact data

Can Outlook to keep track of calls (not made through Outlook), conversation,
meetings, and notes for a contact?
What I would lke to accomplish is to pull up a contact and view all
conversation/calls, emails, and meeting in one place. Lotus Organizer
accopmlished this with "links".

You can do some, if not all, of that with Journal entries (some manual, like
the ones for the calls)

Thanks. I sorta figured that was the answer. Will the journal entries link
to the contact in a manner that will allow me to few them when i click the
contact? If so, who do i achieve this?

Does Business Mgr do a better job of this?

I think so but I haven't really used BCM all that much.
