Outlook COM Addin - Multiple Instance

I am developing a COM Addin for outlook. When a new mail
item is opened, I add a menu listing some menu items. For
each new mail item this process is done. But the menu
items functionality works for only the latest opened mail
item. Other mail items menu items doesn't work. Can you
clarrify me in this regard?

You need to treat each instance of inspector as a separate object. See

To add to Dmitry's hint, use the Explorer wrapper as a model for an
Inspector wrapper. Each time you add a menu make sure it has a unique
Tag property so the menu knows which Inspector to link to.
