Outlook Closes/Crashes when composing an email

Outlook just closes or crashes when I am in the middle of composing an email.
This happens two to three times per day.

All the latest updates are applied to the computer.

Help!
 
Version of Outlook? Email environment (POP3, Exchange)? Any error numbers
and/or messages? PST size?
Remember, we can't see what you're seeing so you have to describe the
problems you encounter very thoroughly.
 
Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003.
No errors, outlook just closes and part of the user's message is saved in
draft.
No PST involved.

We have the connector for Hummingbird, Workshare and CallPilot loaded with
outlook.
 
Any office-related errors in the application event viewer? I'd be looking for
eventID number and source.
