Outlook Outlook - Changing Default File format for saving e-mails

Does anyone know how to change the default format for saving e-mails in Microsoft Outlook 2007? It defaults to html whcih creates annoying support folders. I would like to change the default to the Outlook Message format so I don't have to Save As manually every time.
