Outlook changes POP3 server & username

Every time it starts outlook 2003, it changes the POP3 server from shawmail
(ISP's internal alias) to localhost, and changes my username to
username/shawmail. This causes it to not be able to connect. I currently
have one exchange server (online mode), and 5 POP3 addresses (offline mode).
It doesn't affect the exchange. This is a very big inconvenance, as I have
to manually change the addresses & usernames.

Outlook is not doing this, your AV or firewall is. Check the settings there
and disable incoming mail checking.
