outlook categories

i am running office professional 2007.
my problem is that i reformatted my computer and when i re-installed the program; it did not installed the same way as it did the first time aroung.

all my programs installed differently compared to the first time I installed them, especially Outlook.

in Outlook in the inbox section; the lines were the e mails come in are very narrow and fonts very small (the same for the deleted and sent e mails). the e mails arrive and they do not have the octagon category with them automatically. i do not get the words "the newest on top" etc.

the programs were installed in a very basic way.

is there anything i can do in order to solve this problem?

If the display of your PC is affected then it maybe that you failed to
install the other hardware drivers that you need to install, after formating
your pc & installing windows
It might depend on the type of PC, eg Dell or HP as to how you do this

Its not an Office problem, but one of your windows setup
