Outlook cannot print, runtime error line 1343

Cannot print email from Outlook 2003 and Outlook express. It shown runtime
error line 1343. Please help to fix it.

I'd reinstall the printer drivers, to start.
 
reinstall printer is not work. I use the following instructor, it work and
fix the problem.

From Start/Run line type the below, then hit OK. Try to print out from
Outlook. Cheer!!

regsvr32 ole32.dll
