I'd reinstall the printer drivers, to start.

reinstall printer is not work. I use the following instructor, it work and
fix the problem.
From Start/Run line type the below, then hit OK. Try to print out from
Outlook. Cheer!!
regsvr32 ole32.dll
fix the problem.
