Outlook Calendar

Hi. I would like to know how to export my Outlook Calendar to another user's
Outlook Calendar so that all meetings and recurring meetings that I have
set-up will be transferred to the new person so that she will become the
meeting organizer and not myself.

My account with my employer will be delete as of Friday 01 October 2004, and
we were hoping that the new employee will not have to reschedule all these
meetings. Thanks.

Are you on an Exchange server? If so, you should be able to share your
calendar with her and she should be able to drag your items to her calendar.

Barring that, you can certainly mail your calendar items to her or export
your calendar to a PST and mail that to her.
