outlook calendar

i am doing a special project for school for 31 days in regards to monday to
friday i am fine but saturday and sunday will not let me type any appts also
monday to friday i my work times there that is how our instructor told us to
indicate our working hrs

First state your Outlook version and what view you're are using in the
Calendar.
