Outlook Calendar Reminders Windows XP

I am using outlook on Windows XP. My reminders are not
popping up at the right time. I have Outlook running,
reminders in my primary calendar, and I have
already "cleaned" my reminders. The reminder is checked
for 15 minutes before the meeting. The reminder still
does not work. I even checked the delivery location to
be correct.

Help! I'm missing appointments and my IT dept won't help.
 
Make sure you have the correct Time Zone settings in Outlook. Click Tools |
Options | Calendar Options and click Time Zone button.
 
For Outlook 2000:

Go to the TOOLS menu then click OPTIONS. Click the OTHER
tab then click ADVANCED OPTIONS then click REMINDER
OPTIONS. Make sure Display the Reminder is checked.
