Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant always crashes

Calendar Printing Assistant for 2007

I have installed Calendar Printing assistant on two separate PC's and have
the same problem on both.
The application loads OK but when I try to use (most) of the templates the
application crashes. (Encountered a problem - needs to close window).
The error details say Event type clr20r3 and P1 = cpao.exe.

It seems that in general most of the monthly and yearly templates will load
OK, but almost none of the daily or weekly ones (which I need to use).

Installs went without a hitch on both PC's - installed .NET v3 first.

Any ideas
